If you are looking for something that is less likely to warm up, we recommend trying our clear auto mats. Thanks!

“The clear floor mats fit perfectly. The only issue is the drivers side tens to slip as there is not a way to attach to the hook for the floor maqts, requiring readjustment periodically.”

“This is the second time I use ExactMats. Both for kitchen tables, and both have fit perfectly. You do have to remember the cut will be slightly larger when you enter your measurement. The table protector lays flat perfectly, is easy to clean and looks beautiful. Would purchase again.”

“I ordered a plastic cover for my dining room table that is 78" x 47". I was expected a large flat piece of plastic that I could just lay on top of my table. What I got was a rolled up mat 47" wide. The box was 47" long by 4" wide and 4" depth. It's been sitting on my table top for a week now covered by piles of books trying to get the rolls and curves out of what is supposed to be flat. This one has up and downs from how it was rolled up. We may try a hair dryer next. If you order from ExactMat, expect something for your bathroom, not for your dining room table.”

That said, due to the nature of the material and sizing, most of our products do arrive rolled up. This helps to keep the material safe and pricing as competitive as possible for our customers. However, in certain cases, the material may take a bit of time to flatten out. That said, in addition to this information being on our FAQs, we also have a very helpful Support Team that would be more than happy to assist you with tips/tricks to get the product to lay flat faster, such as the hair dryer method you mentioned. “I have hesitated to write a review, because I was not completely satisfied. The first 5-sided one was made with the textured side up, but it fit perfectly. The second one was made with the textures side down, but it was made 0.3" too short, 23.95" instead of 24.25 on the right edge. My husband didn't want to mess with it, so we have the uncovered countertop to the back of the two backsplash sides. It's not ideal, because if it moves a little, I have to take time to reposition it. The first one that was made upside down, all I had to do was put it in the back 135 degree angle. My other concern is the way your company rolls the mats. If it is Riverstone, it should be rolled with the smooth side inside the roll. I have tried everything including time, and they do not want to lay flat. My easiest one was the clear drawer mat. I could lay it either way so I laid it against the roll. My Riverstone ones still have all 4 edges curving up. Just a thought. The customer service was excellent, especially because the 5-sided shape was certainly complex.”

“I just ordered and recieved my second ExactMat and am quite pleased. My first was a perfect fit for the lovely wooden desk without which I would have ruined the finish in short order. I moved on to my gorgeous, multi-grained wood dining room table which is very long and an unusual oval shape that wasn't an automatic match with the standard shapes offered. Katie, the ExactMats customer service rep I worked with in both cases, was super helpful and coached me through the process of drawing the outline of the table on a special enormous piec of tissue paper they sent me and which they used to fabricate the perfect shape. unfortunately the sizing didn't work perfectly (probably due to the fat marker I used to mark the shape and edges), and the length of the mat isn't exact, leaving 1/8 to 2/8" exposed on the ends. Not gonna worry about it though, as it's the surface I was most concerned about protecting. The mat looks gorgeous and it's so nice to show off the beautiful wood grain, after years of hiding it under an ugly vinyl custom mat. Kudos and thanks to Katie who was so patient with all my questions and back and forth. A wonderful communicator and a terrific corporate representative.”

“I've downsized my office and the size of this mat is perfect for what I needed. It's good quality and the price is quite reasonable. It's a little too "soft" for the chair to glide over easily. But it's protecting the carpet and that was my main concern.”

Our cleated material is made for low-pile carpeting and is primarily designed to be used on carpet runners. Due to this, it is not recommended as a floor mat under a rolling chair.
