“Product came shipped in a roll, most items like this do. It's retained some of it's rolled shape after a few days of laying on the floor, but we cleaned it and placed it on the table. We used a warm iron on a dish towel to warm the affected areas, then layed flat boards down on the towels. So far it's starting to lay flat. It may take several "treatments" to get it perfectly flat, but so far it's doing what it's supposed to - protect the table and keep crumbs out of the cracks in the wood. Great product!”

“Very happy, we first ordered the crystal version, it looked great but showed air pockets on the smooth wood finish. Exactmats gave us rhe option to return the crystal and order the riverstone. They offered a nice discount to keep the crystal and order the riverstone. We decided to keep both mats and I cut the crystal mat to fit another table that we rarely use. It looks great on that table and doesn't show the air pockets much.”

“Using as Floor Chair Mat, to protect hardwood floors. Ordering, Shipping, and product condition was excellent. Selected clear option. Looks excellent, easy to lift to clean under. Clarity is good. Could be 2 inches deeper to cover movement of chair. I moved the mat 2 " away from desk and that seeems to work. I would custom order my size next time.”

“This is the second set of Exact Mats for BMW X5 (2019-2024). I ordered a set for my X5 first and they fit perfectly. However, the second set that were ordered for Bennie Greathouse had a problem with the cargo mat. He is keeping it, but it is a bit too wide. I don't really understand why mine fit perfectly and although his X5 is identical, the cargo mat did not fit perfectly. I would imagine they were not cut exactly the same, although I am sure there is a template. Disappointing, and I encouraged him to send it back, but he didn't want to bother with it.”

“Cut perfectly to size as requested! Took a few days for the plastic-y smell and lines from being rolled up to disappear, now lays nice and flat in our dining table! Have noticed small scratches already from light use (dishes, coasters), but not noticeable unless you’re really looking. I kind of wish it could be more matte instead of glossy/shiny.”

Thank you for your review. We're so glad you're happy with your new table cover. As for shine, if you are ever looking for a more matte/textured finish, we do offer Riverstone. This texture is pretty neat because it's double-sided (one side has Riverstone/texture and the other side is more like Crystal), making it reversible. The texture also hides existing surface damage very nicely. If you have any questions about our finishes, though, please don't hesitate to reach out! We're more than happy to help!

Looking at your order, we can see you ordered our cleated material, CarpetShield, which is made for carpet runners and the like. However, it sounds like you are using it under a rolling desk chair - something we do not recommend as it was not designed for this purpose. As the product was designed for runners, it is not as rigid than those made specifically for use as desk/chair mats, and because of this, if used in this manner, can cause bunching like you are experiencing. “I have ordered about 80 liners for cabinet drawers and shelves in our kitchen, bathrooms, and utility room. They are beautiful and very functional. The best part is they are cut to fit each drawer and shelf. This alone saved me many, many hours from having to cut other types of liners myself. Katie was super helpful when ordering the liners. It takes a little time to make measurements, but you will have to do that anyway with any type of liner. ExactMats have a great product and they are easy to work with, especially Katie! I highly recommend them!”
