“Working with Katie to get a custom-made mat to fit my very oddly shaped table was a breeze. She and the team were prompt and clear in their communication, and were more than willing to answer all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have a dining room table with unusual corners. When I selected the the corner size cut, I received an email immediately. They wanted pictures to verify the had a correct template. They did not. But that didn't stop them! For only 10$ more they sent me paper to cover my table and trace the exact design, with postage paid to send it back. They let me know one me package was received and that they were waiting on the material. I emailed Katie, who was my point of contact for my entire order. I told hervwe had a housewarming party coming up and I really wanted the mat before that date. She told me, very honestly, that they would try but she didn't think it would get there in time. She promised to check on my order and let me know the progress next week. My mat was delivered 4 days BEFORE our party! You can't go wrong with this company!!!”

“I searched for a protective table cover for sometime. I found a few that interested me. However, I settled with your company as It met all my specifications leaving only a few questions. This is when I contacted your office & am thankful An employee name “Katie S.” I realize customers have considerable questions when making these decisions, it comes with the territory. “The pegs in the veracruz are round, the holes in the mats are eliptical. Clearly the mats are not an EXACT match. I sent a question asking if the mats are supposed to be an exact fit or is the expecttion I take a drill out and make the mats a fit? Its been months and clearly they have no intention of answering the question. UPATE After posting the previous review exactmats support reached out to me and offered to send new mats. The new mats are a perfect fit. After showing the support rep a copy of my sent email they did not try to explain how or why my emal was not responded to but they did send new mats that fit so I'm revising my review.”

“Our table we purchased the ExactMat for isn’t exactly run of the mil. We were very excited to find a table mat that offered what the ExactMat would do, especially for the price. Be ready though…… you’re going to want to take your time measuring, tracing, and cutting out the mat to a custom fit for your table. As they say…….. measure twice, cut once. This certainly applies to this venture. But it is well worth the effort. The mat material cuts very well with a sharp pair of shears, or a good razor knife. And of course a steady hand.”

“I love the speed of delivery after ordering... process was simple...... I did get the thicker mats and only needed the thinner ones.... so unless you really need them thick for some reason... learn from me... get the thin size..... I'm happy.... but I do wish I chose the slimmer size.... thicker are not necessary and harder to unroll...... they need to be unrolled out of the box and it was a fight..... needs to be weighted down to remove the curl..... setup would have been easier with the thin mats......”

“Instead of replacing a wooden dining room table that had seen some rough times, I used Old English wood polish on it so the wood looks good, and put an ExactMat on top. We are glad we went with the thicker Mil. Very pleased with our purchase. It also arrived much more quickly than expected. We got a custom size round, perfectly done.”

“I cannot say enough praise for ExactdMats. ExactMats is truly committed to their customers. I bought an Exacmat to put my office chair on to make it roll smoother on my carpteeted floor. Unfortunately, I didn'tread the details.The ExactMatat is not meant to roll office chairs on carpet. I contacted ExactMats and received an immediate rely from Susie in their Support Department. She offered to take back the mat at their expense. She also took the time to look up links for chair mats for carpeted floors and sent links to possibilities fot me. I will definitely purchace product from ExactMat in the future.”

“The mat is great quality, nice and thick but not bulky. The delivery was fast also. The only issue we had was that it was a little wider and longer than the dimensions, however that is not an issue really for us.”

“I had some issues with the shipping of my order, which related to USPS messing up and not ExactMats. When I contacted Exactmats Support, Katie S. responded immediately, apologized for the delay; resent my mat with another carrier and let me know when it was arriving. Excellent customer service, and the mat was exactly what I was expecting when it arrived. It ws made out of high quality material. I definitely recommend Exactmats.”

“Received the mat to protect my new kitchen island. The fit was perfect and it is thick enough to withstand any heavy use. We appreciate the product. Our only suggestion would be maybe to provide an option that helps prevent the mat from slipping and sliding during use. We did find a solid solution that resolved the issue. Thank you highly recommended product”
