“Driver's side could fit better under gas pedal. Passenger side a good fit”

“I love the material used, but the size I received was not what I ordered. I asked for a length of 96 5/8” and received 96 15/16”. I had to wait about a week for the plastic to flatten out and it just got longer. ExactMats made it right. They sent me another mat which is a perfect fit. The edges are still a little curled, but hopefully they will settle down soon.”

“I initially ordered two mats for my desk and file cabinet. When the order arrived, the smaller Matt fit absolutely perfect but the desk mat was grossly oversized. I contacted the company once I explained what happened. The problem was no longer mine. They immediately took ownership, issued me a partial refund and shipped out a replacement, which also fit perfectly. Best example of a quality product and excellent customer service.”

“I gave you five stars for an exact fix, but it does scratch easily and you can’t really put hot dishes coming out of the oven on it. We want something that will protect the tabletop from our pets and it’s doing that. But it will not last long looking nice. Probably should have gone to an expensive glass top.”

“I am very happy with the Clear Table Protector. It fits perfectly and shows the beautiful wood of the new dining table I recently purchased. I placed it on the table right after taking it out of the box and it laid flat almost right away. The only complaint I have is there was a very small sticker on it, which left a sticky spot on the cover that was difficult to remove. I suggest not putting any stickers on the cover prior to shipping. Other than that, it is just what I expected. The box was damaged when I received it, but the cover was OK. I blame Fed Ex for the damaged box. Kudos to customer service too. I accidentally ordered the wrong cover, and customer service was very prompt in helping me with an exchange. The only issue I have is I paid about $20 more for the wrong cover than what the cover I needed cost. I had to pay $5 for the exchange, but didn't receive any type of refund for the price difference of the 2 covers. Even with the minor issues I had, I think ExactMats is a good company and their products are worh the cost.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have a dining room table with unusual corners. When I selected the the corner size cut, I received an email immediately. They wanted pictures to verify the had a correct template. They did not. But that didn't stop them! For only 10$ more they sent me paper to cover my table and trace the exact design, with postage paid to send it back. They let me know one me package was received and that they were waiting on the material. I emailed Katie, who was my point of contact for my entire order. I told hervwe had a housewarming party coming up and I really wanted the mat before that date. She told me, very honestly, that they would try but she didn't think it would get there in time. She promised to check on my order and let me know the progress next week. My mat was delivered 4 days BEFORE our party! You can't go wrong with this company!!!”

“The pegs in the veracruz are round, the holes in the mats are eliptical. Clearly the mats are not an EXACT match. I sent a question asking if the mats are supposed to be an exact fit or is the expecttion I take a drill out and make the mats a fit? Its been months and clearly they have no intention of answering the question. UPATE After posting the previous review exactmats support reached out to me and offered to send new mats. The new mats are a perfect fit. After showing the support rep a copy of my sent email they did not try to explain how or why my emal was not responded to but they did send new mats that fit so I'm revising my review.”

“Our table we purchased the ExactMat for isn’t exactly run of the mil. We were very excited to find a table mat that offered what the ExactMat would do, especially for the price. Be ready though…… you’re going to want to take your time measuring, tracing, and cutting out the mat to a custom fit for your table. As they say…….. measure twice, cut once. This certainly applies to this venture. But it is well worth the effort. The mat material cuts very well with a sharp pair of shears, or a good razor knife. And of course a steady hand.”
