“OH MY GOSH! This is the best company with which to deal. I had an order issue that was ENTIRELY my mistake and yet they went out of their way to help me make it right and were so very kind and courteous along the way. Especially Katie! 😘 Perfect fit. Rapid responses to communications. Rapid turn around for shipping and arrival. DEFINITELY recommend this company. I loved the interaction so much. The product is excellent as well. But it was the personal touches that made this a stellar experience.”

“I have ordered about 80 liners for cabinet drawers and shelves in our kitchen, bathrooms, and utility room. They are beautiful and very functional. The best part is they are cut to fit each drawer and shelf. This alone saved me many, many hours from having to cut other types of liners myself. Katie was super helpful when ordering the liners. It takes a little time to make measurements, but you will have to do that anyway with any type of liner. ExactMats have a great product and they are easy to work with, especially Katie! I highly recommend them!”

“For the most part, these mats fit PERFECTLY!! The front mats are SPOT ON!! The back (unimat), cold use a lil more precision. But, it’s not a show stopper. ***Update*** Spoke with Katie in Customer service and she was AMAZING!! This company is very professional and customer service oriented! “Ypur product is absolutly crazy good. Fast devivery. We ended up with 10 of "A1?" 27 1/2 x 17 3/4 we did not order???? We still need: 25 11/16 x 11 3/34 x3 25 1/12 x 11 3/4 x3 26 1/2 x 12 1/4 x 1 11/ 1/2 x 16 15/16 x1 28 1/2 x 20 x1 May we return the one's that are not right and get credit then order the reamaining? Please! We have sent a large amount of money with you.”

“The mat fits perfectly. I am very happy with the purchase. It is strong plastic that will last as long as I own the car. Once in a while it moves slightly but I just move it back. I cerainly recomend it to anyone that loves their car.”

“This company's customer service is great! I ordered a vinyl table top cover for an antique dining set and when I placed it on the table it had some fold marks that wouldn't come out or flatten out. I took pictures and sent a review and someone immediately got back to me. They told me it was defective and to send it back and they would cover shipping and they sent out a new one. I also expressed that I felt the recommended 80 mil was too thick so they sent the 60 mil and it is perfect!”

“This company is thing short of awesome! I mistakenly ordered the wrong mats, mentioned it in my review and they reached out to me via email and when I didn't see that, they called me!!! They offered to exchange them and after posting the small difference we got the correct ones. They are such nice quality, thick material so all the things we haul don't punch a hole through, even kid proof! We felt the product's durability is worth the price. “Great item ...good quality. Actually I thought I was getting 2 mats for the front of my Vette, at over 50 for one mat it was too expensive. Every other clear mats custom were that price for 2.i ordered another set from another vendor for my wife's car and they look almost identical...but for 2 at the same price.”

“I had purchased a 22 3/8" square coffee table and wanted to protect the top. Somehow came across ExactMats and it looked like a quality site. And it is! My particular square mat arrived with 22 3/8" x 22 1/2" dimensions, so 1/8" overhang. I called for 1) suggestions on how to trim it and 2) to see what they thought. I was told they have an 1/8" tolerance wriggle room.....so there you go.....within tolerance. Haha.....as it turns out, my coffee table unfolds to make a larger rectangular table when lifted. This 40mil mat is for that rare time I will expand my table. So, it actually is sitting underneath the everyday table top. So, I can live with the 22 1/2" length and not even bother to trim it, as I will most likely screw it up. So, all good!”
