“Front mats fit perfect. Back seat mats were 2 different sizes. Neither one looks like it is right. Katie contacted me from support and for shipping only sent me a new back mat that fits perfect. Very good customer service.._Thank you so much....I am very happy...😎👍”

So I could understand the difference. I called also, very nice and professional they were. One I decided what I wanted. They continue with my order and I received very quickly. “My husband and I ordered a custom-sized Riverstone, 80 mil to protect our new kitchen table. For a few weeks, we debated going with a glass cover, clear plastic cover, cloth cover, etc. Do we cover the entire table? Only a portion of it? Well, since our EXACTMATS arrived three weeks ago, we are consistently thankful that we made the decision to go with EXACTMATS! We could have saved a little money, but it was worth paying extra. Our Riverstone, 80 mil looks beautiful. It really enhances the table AND protects the finish! And it cleans up so easily! We highly recommend EXACTMATS!”

“It looks great and it is just what we needed for under our bike trainers. We wanted to protect the white tiled floor from the dirt that fly off the chain. At first, the mat had a very strong toxic like smell when we took it out of the box. After leaving it outside for 18 hours to out gas it was fine to bring inside again. But the initial smell - even being exposed to it for a few minutes- made my throat irritated and I was having shortness of breath the remaining of the day. Highly recommend to air it out!”

What a great use case, thanks for sharing! In regards to an odors, we'd like to clarify what it is you may be experiencing. First, our products are specially formulated to be 100% free of BPAs and Phthalates, so unlike many other mats, our product typically do not produce very much odor at all. People with olfactory sensitivity may pick up scents similar to that of a newly opened shower curtain or beach ball (this is harmless offgassing, not to be confused with harmful outgassing). Typically, any lingering scents trapped inside the box during transit will dissipate within a few hours, but can be shorter or faster, depending on temperatures.
