“After years of settling for ugly/flimsy drawer mats, I needed an upgrade, and I'm so glad I found ExactMats. My new mats are beautiful, sturdy and perfectly fit to the dimensions of my drawers and cabinets. I was very impressed with the reasonable price, and the speed of creation and delivery, and the customer service (thanks Ellie - who caught one of my measurement mistakes).”

“These are excellent. Clear as can be, thick enough to be tough, but still flexible and soft enough that they don't slide around or feel uncomfortable to use at the table. I needed these to protect our dining table from our young children, and they do the job while showing off the beauty of the wood table itself. I love them! My only feedback is that I wish these had been delivered packed flat instead of rolled up - I did have to stack them and put lots of weight on top of them for the day to be able to get them to flatten out. But they did eventually flatten out!”

“Very clear and a nice thickness. I ordered one for my office desk that has cut corners and I do not think I measured correctly, because it is cut too short but still works great. I ordered two for my end tables at home and they are a perfect fit”

“The ExactMat we purchased for our oval shaped dining room table fit perfectly. We were amazed. It looked like glass, at first. My only question is what is the max temp that this ExactMat will take without leaving a mark. My husband put his coffee cup on it and I can now see the round spot on the ExactMat where he put the cup. I also have a spot where I sit that was left there after I heated something up on a plate in the microwave and put it on the ExactMat. That is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. I thought it was a tougher material than that. Is there any way to remove these blemishes from the ExactMat? I look forward to hearing your response. Since my initial review, Katie in CSD has been working with me to help resolve the issue. I have changed my rating from 4* to 5* because of her outstanding resolve to make sure I was satisfied with our final resolution. My only advice would be to make sure and put a pot holder down before putting anything hot on a crystal mat finish. If you prefer not to do this, then you should purchase the Riverston e finish instead.”

“Product lives up to the name! I ordered a mat with a 1/16” difference and it fit perfect, no uneven lines or anything. Product is good quality as well and I feel confident in protecting my furniture. Shipping was expensive though, and I wouldn’t mind waiting longer in shipping in times if it meant it could be cheaper, however, if you live in a rural/small area like me, then it’s worth investing. I’ll most likely be buying another in the future!”

Regarding shipping: we'd like to clarify that we do offer free shipping on orders of a certain value or more (currently, orders of $120+ in the lower 48 states receive 100% free standard shipping. Looking at your order, we can see the order did not qualify for free shipping. Additionally, it looks like 2 day shipping (an upgradable shipping option) was selected, which does typically come at a higher carrier cost. This accounts for the higher shipping costs in general. “I was expecting the acrylic to be hard and was surprised that came in a roll. It flattened well overnight with a few books and other weights on it. The advantages: acryllic is clearer than glass and isn't heavy yet it's durable and will never break.”

“After researching table liners, I still had some questions and emailed ExactMats support. I was lucky enough to correspond with Katie who is a SUPERSTAR. She was patient with me and gave me all the info I needed to make my choiice. The website is well laid out, attractive and user friendly. Odering is quick and easy. The shipment was quick considering mine was a custom size. The liner arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Perfectly. The Riverstone frost is nice and thick while still looking pretty on my table. The quality is just fantastic. There was no odor and there was no curl the following morning. If I had more tables, I would absolutely order more of these excellent products from this great company.”

“We have had the placemats for 8 days. A couple issues: 1) they have yet to lay completely flat. A portion of each platemat continues to slightly curl up. They're exposed to the afternoon sun every afternoon but that hasn't helped. 2) There is a small offset where the circular cut was apparently started & stopped. It's small but noticeable on all four (4) placemats. Revised: ExactMats responded to the above review, acknowledged the issues we were having and immediately sent out replacement mats. The problems have been completely resolved. Well done!”

“This was my first order with ExactMats, and I’m impressed with the quality of their desk mats. They flatten out quickly and look great. I ordered two clear desk mats in different sizes. The first mat fits perfectly, but the second one is slightly longer and wider than the measurements I provided. Customer service was fantastic in resolving the issue with the longer mat. So I could understand the difference. I called also, very nice and professional they were. One I decided what I wanted. They continue with my order and I received very quickly.
