The mat that I ordered was cut to fit my table perfectly. It also did not take long for it to lie flat. One thing I did differently than most people would is I kept the Riverstone side up and the smooth side down. I did this because I didn't like the shiny look on the table. I get a few water marks but if I lift the mat up they go away. I'm pretty pleased with the purchase.
