“I used these this weekend on a new dining table that I was going to have children sitting at, and they worked wonderfully. I am not giving it the highest stars only because they are going to be difficult to store when not in use. If I need to roll them everytime to store them, they will be hard to smooth out each time. They arrived rolled and I used 7-10 heavy books to get them to sit flush on the table. To their credit once smoothed on the table they stayed flush and did not roll back.”

Hi Darcy, Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad the mats performed well on your dining table. As far as storing the mat, it can easily be rolled and stored when not in use. If you are going to store it rolled for extended periods of time, we do suggest giving the mat a little bit of time to flatten out once you are ready to use it again. So if you are pulling it out for a party or an event, depending on how long it has been stored, we would suggest giving it a day or two ahead of time to air out and return to its completely flat state. You can also speed up the flattening process with heat. (A warm setting on a blow dryer or placing the mat in warm water). “The mats are sturdy and feel like they'll hold up for a while. However, they are not what I expected. The edges are unfinished and cheapen the look. That said, they look 100% better than my original worn out mats.”

“Ypur product is absolutly crazy good. Fast devivery. We ended up with 10 of "A1?" 27 1/2 x 17 3/4 we did not order???? We still need: 25 11/16 x 11 3/34 x3 25 1/12 x 11 3/4 x3 26 1/2 x 12 1/4 x 1 11/ 1/2 x 16 15/16 x1 28 1/2 x 20 x1 May we return the one's that are not right and get credit then order the reamaining? Please! We have sent a large amount of money with you.”

“I have been using ExactMats for over 20 years for all of my vehicles. However, I am disappointed that my most recent set of mats did not fit as expected. They offered to send me tracing paper so that I could create a template for the mat I need, as they did not have a 2025 Kia Sportage available for reference in the area ( which was hard to believe ). I did take the offer, and the mat still came with imperfect cuts. I suggest that they step up their quilty control.”

“Truthfully, I’m not thrilled with this product. While it’s not a total disappointment, it’ definitely didn’t live up to my expectations —or perhaps I should say my hopes as I thought it might have been too good to be true—and I was right. On the plus side it was cut perfectly to size. In addition, it was shipped quickly for something that was custom made. But the cons outweighed the pros. First was the off-gassing (strong chemical smell from the plastic) which, honestly, I was expecting, and can live with as that is usually a temporary thing. The real bummer is the fact that the mat simply doesn’t lie flat on the table, which is a problem. When I saw that it came rolled up in a box my heart sank. I knew it wasn’t going to be flat. While I understand why that makes sense for shipping I don’t think the mat is ever going sit properly on my table. Instead it’s full of lumps and ripples. I’m trying to flatten it out by placing heavy items on top but thus far it’s not working. If it works itself out, I’ll post an update.”

To confirm, we do roll many of our products up, which we typically do not have any issue with. However, some mats do take a little longer to flatten (especially as we start nearing the cooler months, which tends to add rigidity to plastic), but usually not very long. If you believe it's taking too long for yours to flatten out, we'd like to work with you to see if there's anything we can do. We have a few tips and tricks we can share to speed up the process. “It is well made but for us it just isn't working. It hasn't flattened out and slips easily. And of course it isn't a custom fit, so it's not exactly the same size as the table which really bothers me.”

While our products do not yellow on their own, they can turn yellow when exposed to debris, dust, dirt, oils from asphalt, etc., if not maintained.
