Not worth it. I paid for these instead of making myself because I wanted a perfect cut. Didn’t want to chance the edges being uneven. Well they were uneven anyway and don’t line up perfectly. Disappointed I paid $90 for them to not be cut perfectly.

I ordered a plastic cover for my dining room table that is 78" x 47". I was expected a large flat piece of plastic that I could just lay on top of my table. What I got was a rolled up mat 47" wide. The box was 47" long by 4" wide and 4" depth. It's been sitting on my table top for a week now covered by piles of books trying to get the rolls and curves out of what is supposed to be flat. This one has up and downs from how it was rolled up. We may try a hair dryer next. If you order from ExactMat, expect something for your bathroom, not for your dining room table.

That said, due to the nature of the material and sizing, most of our products do arrive rolled up. This helps to keep the material safe and pricing as competitive as possible for our customers. However, in certain cases, the material may take a bit of time to flatten out. That said, in addition to this information being on our FAQs, we also have a very helpful Support Team that would be more than happy to assist you with tips/tricks to get the product to lay flat faster, such as the hair dryer method you mentioned. Looking at your order, we can see you ordered our cleated material, CarpetShield, which is made for carpet runners and the like. However, it sounds like you are using it under a rolling desk chair - something we do not recommend as it was not designed for this purpose. As the product was designed for runners, it is not as rigid than those made specifically for use as desk/chair mats, and because of this, if used in this manner, can cause bunching like you are experiencing. These mats are not what we expected at all. He wanted the Lexus logo on the mats and thought they were on there. He is very disappointed with the mats. He told me he wanted them for Christmas and needless to say, he was very disappointed come Xmas morning. And we can’t return them! What?! Your return policy is no returns? Good luck with that! I will never buy from you again, and I will be sure to make that known to everyone I know and then some.

We do not offer mats with logos on them, but rather, our products are so clear that you can see your original mats through them! Many of our images show our clear mats on top of the original floor mats (what they are made to cover), which sometimes includes the logo. Ordered a clear table mat for our breakroom table. We didnt even get it out of the box and it was all scratched. We had to use several weights over the weekend to flatten the mat out so that it would lay correctly on the table. We then bumped it into a painted door frame while moving it into the next room. The paint came off of the door frame and is now a permanent resident on top of the mat. We used the table top for lunch that day, and now there are permanent scratches across the table mat from simply moving plates/silverware. I would not recommend this low-quality product to anyone.

Looks very cheap on our kitchen table. I don't think these types of mats are good on dark wood. There is too much of a contrast. It also reflects that light very weird. Since it's custom sized, it's not returnable which is a huge bummer. I also can't submit photos because this website is so slow to upload them.

I purchased the ExactMats to protect the top and space underneath my coffee table while still being able to show the wood design on the top. However, neither mat sticks to the wood, especially around the edges and corners; it does not lie down completely and also slides around some. Also, the way you cut the corners is not the way shown on your website. Instead of cutting the way I described in my order, you simply cut a straight line (You snipped off a triangle instead of a square) It was a waste of money and my table is still not adequately protected.

Terrible. It sank into the carpet where the chair's wheels are so I can't move the chair, which is why I bought it in the first place.

As a customer-centric company, we truly care about our customers' experiences, so this is certainly not what we want! Taking a look at your order, it looks like you purchased our regular Riverstone material. From your review, it sounds like you were intending to use it as a chair mat on carpeting. Unfortunately, this is not something we recommend for our product as the material is less rigid than those intended for chair mat use on carpeting. Our regular Riverstone and Crystal materials (with no cleats) are great options for hard floors, but we do not recommend any of our materials for use on carpeting, especially underneath desk chairs, due to the issue you're experiencing. There are a few places we mention this on our website but we will definitely take your feedback into account and consider where else we may be able to offer this information on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I've used you for years. I was completely satisfied until I received my latest order. $60 for one-floor mat that constantly slips toward the gas pedal is unacceptable. Why did you sell me a mat that has no way to attach to the floor grommets?

Hi John, We're very sorry to hear you had a poor experience with your recent order. It looks like we reached out to try to assist and diagnose the concern/issue, but we were unable to reach you. From the limited information we have on the issue, we've considered what may be causing the issue and we think we can see the issue. It looks like you purchased an overlay mat. These mats are meant to go on top of the OEM carpeted mat. However, most OEM locking mechanisms will not accommodate the thickness of 2 mats. This is why our mats have superior gripping technology. However, if you are using this mat straight on the floor of a vehicle, you may find slippage as this was not its intended use. That said, if you are looking for a replacement mat, we suggest our "X-Edition" mats, which are made to be replaced, and has supporting locking mechanisms to fasten the mat to the vehicle's flooring.
Poor quality. The cut was slightly off. The mat came with some scratches on it already. I have had better cutting my own from Walmart.

I can't believe your customer service is this bad. This is my 2nd order and my last! I spent $75 on a mat that will just get thrown in the garbage. I'm sure this review will not be seen. I will post my own review elsewhere!😡

There is a serious problem with the delivery of goods. I paid an extra fee to receive the item quickly, but the item took two weeks. Even though the delivery came late, they did not tell me anything about it and did not refund the extra charge.

We were actually disappointed in this. We really thought it would be thicker, but it isn't. It seems to be a pretty expensive purchase for wht it is. Are we able to return this product?
