These mats are not what we expected at all. He wanted the Lexus logo on the mats and thought they were on there. He is very disappointed with the mats. He told me he wanted them for Christmas and needless to say, he was very disappointed come Xmas morning. And we can’t return them! What?! Your return policy is no returns? Good luck with that! I will never buy from you again, and I will be sure to make that known to everyone I know and then some.
