“I purchased a set of your “exact mats” as a Christmas present for my wife’s Cadillac to save the carpeted floor mats from being damaged or getting dirty from dirty shoes etc... Once I received these in the mail (very fast shipping) I was immediately disappointed in seeing that these mats are nothing more than plastic office flooring one would use to set a rolling office chair on or a desk to keep from indenting the carpet in an office setting (which I have under my desk at work!) these are not something I would choose to put in a nice vehicle and DEFINITELY not something for someone to give as a gift at Christmas time. If I had any idea that I’d be getting something as ridiculous as cut office flooring than I would’ve saved myself the aggravation and DEFINITELY purchased something much nicer. I literally can not be more disappointed.”

“I am quite disappointed. The mats fit properly....giving me some satisfaction at the outset. But since then, the mat on the driver's side has been sliding up until it is dangerously impeding my access to the pedals. Obviously, it has the grippers presumably designed to adhere to the flooring carpet...but they don't! I have removed the driver side mat...and will discard it...and look elsewhere for one that works... Sorry, but you asked.”

Hi Keith, I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with our product. Unfortunately, some carpet mats are not thick enough to properly support ExactMats without additional security. However, we do offer clear clips that are intended to further secure the Exactmat to the carpet mat. In your order, you should have received two clips in the box to be used for that purpose. “I ordered a replacement for the drivers floor mat as the one I ordered a couple years ago does not adhere to the floor and is always wrinkled up and I have to straighten it out all the time. I am going to give this one a try again. The other one is dangerous especially when it is wrinkled up by the gas peddle. Thanks, Jim Carr 805-312-1391”

Hi Jim, i'm sorry to hear your first run did not go as planned. Our material has changed since that initial order so this new mat should stay put better than the initial mat. Also, we suggest that you use the clips included in your package to further secure the ExactMat to the Carpet mat if necessary. If you need more clips, let me know and I will happy to send you some. “I was told about these mats by a friend who was happy with his previous purchase. However, I was not happy at all. The mats are thin and flimsy. Furthermore, they look very cheap. I can’t see how they would keep dirt from getting on the carpet of my car. They seem to be of low quality and I feel like I could purchase a more sturdy set of mats for much less. I am currently looking to purchase some sturdier mats of much better quality.”

Hi Cathy, I'm sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our product. Our clear matting material is among the thickest in the Vehicle Protection Industry. Our matting material is also meant to last upwards of 10 years or more. Also, the material cannot be torn or damaged easily. In regards to keeping your vehicle clean, our mats are primarily meant to protect against everyday dirt and debris tracked in by your feet. If you live in areas with more extreme conditions, then our mats are only going to protect the surface area of each carpet mat. If you are having issues with your mats sliding too much, then we recommend you use the clips we provided in your shipment. The clips are intended to further secure the ExactMats to the Carpet mats (primarily the front Driver Mat). Hi Billy, Our Exactmats are primarily intended to be placed over the existing OEM Carpet mats in vehicles. That considered, the measurements are derived directly from each carpet mat meaning the Exactmats dimensions and Carpet mat dimensions should be the same. I know the OEM carpet mats in the front of an F-150 are smaller compared to the average carpet mat. Accordingly, did you purchase these exactmats to replace the mats that pre-existed in your truck or did you purchase them to be placed over your existing carpet mats? If the latter is true, and the mats are too small in comparison to the carpet mats, please let us know so we can rectify the issue ASAP. If you purchased these Exactmats to replace the pre-exisitng mats in the vehicle, then I am afraid they may be perceived as too small because the OEM Carpet mats in the 1st row of an F-150 are small in nature. Either way, your feedback would be greatly appreciated
