Was not happy with order. The mats have a very strong smell to them. I’ve washed them several times, and it still smells.

The mat is too soft. It is on a very shallow and tightly weaved carpet, but the chair sinks into the mat when I sit down making it very difficult to slide. I would not buy it again. I plan to throw it away and try something else.

A little disappointed. The mats were not perfect fit for my 2023 Silverado 2500 as advertised. After paying that much, I was expecting a better fit product. I had to cut them to make them fit properly in my truck. Quality of the product is good. Attention of detail is very important to me and that’s why I am kind of disappointed.

Thank you for your review, Jose. We're really sorry to hear your mats did not fit as expected. As a customer-focused company that specializes in custom/exact fit, that's certainly not what we want. It looks like our Support Team reached out to you to get photos, and to assist in diagnosing the issue, and after reviewing the photos you sent, it appears you have 3rd party mats you were looking to cover, which is not what our mats are meant to match identically. 3rd party mat makers do not always use the same measurements or patterns as the OEM floor mats, which is what our mat measurements are based off of. That said, because our clear mats are made to fit perfectly over existing OEM floor mats, not 3rd party mats, this is why the fit was not exact. Under normal circumstances, when the incorrect automotive mat set is purchased, we offer options such as returns and exchanges. However, once a custom mat is altered, we are no longer able to provide such options. We hope your hand-altering worked well for you, but if it did not, and you're interested in a new set of mats that fit your 3rd party mats exactly you, we would be happy to help you with that, as well as a discount on the replacement order. every mat was cut about 1/8 inch too long.

The material is not worth the money. Not the quality I was hoping for.

For this order, you selected one of our thinner materials, which is not meant for a table cover (instead, we recommend 80Mil). The mat didn't come remotely close to fitting on the driver's side. I could have done just as well with a cheap map from an auto parts store.

My table mat was defective. It came the wrong size and heavy and warm items like a bowl of soup left permanent impressions. Customer service has been very helpful and they said they will replace my item with a future batch that is harder. When that happens I will give them a better review. Current product was not as advertised.

I wanted to order a ROUND piece for a table top. Apparently what I ordered was ROUNDED CORNERS. So, let me first say: the site? Terrible. Why would I think ordering a simple ROUND would be under special items or whatever? So, I accept I did not specifically order a ROUND and did indeed order ROUNDED CORNERS. Ironically, I was sent a PERFECT SQUARE. So, I was wrong. They were wrong. Not a good experience all the way around and when I broached the subject in chat all I pretty much got was... well, that's the site. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I placed an order for mats and received a confirmation on Nov 26. I still have not received the mats. I have not received notification that the mats have been shipped. Is there a problem?

Not sure, they have been in the back yard, or garage for weeks trying to get rid of the terrible oil smell, you should have warned people not to put in car right away!! Other wise they seem ok I guess? Joe

We don't normally hear of this issue from our customers, but we do realize that some folks are more sensitive than others. Typically, if there is any smell at all, it does go away within a couple days - similar to a new, vinyl shower curtain. Once again, we are sorry if this left a bad taste in your mouth. Just a life of plastic that has a few holes in it . Way over priced , I can not see how it would contain dirt or water from not getting on the carpet .

All four face shields I ordered had manufacturing defects directly across the line of view. There was dried ink on one shield, scratches on two shields, and what looks like heat bubbling causing a distortion of view on the forth shield. I took photos. Contact me if you wish to make it right.

I had higher expectations. First the mats should be called "almost" exact, cause they are not exact. They do not stay in place with foot traffic, they keep moving which is annoying. As a product suggestion I would either consider some edging or a better way to make them stick so they won't move. Sorry that this is not a very good review, but it is an honest one. If these are not a concern for someone then they should buy these mats.

Order driver side mat for 12lexus is250 and it came with no holes which mat holder hooks go in. I had to put holes in the mat myself

Hi Matthew, I'm sorry to hear you received a driver side mat without holes for the hooks. You were supposed to receive a mat with the holes for the hooks to make it up to you. To make it up to you, how would you like us to send you the 2 Front and 2 Rear mat set or a 2 Front & 1 Uni-Rear mat set. The front mat will definitely have holes this time around. Let me us know what you think
The mats are simply cut out of a sheet and are unattracive. I still can't see which side is which because neither fits well. AND they slide around and do not stay in place. Better to buy cheap generic mats at the local store.
