Not great, aestheticallly unpleasant as it leaves lots of air bubbles and ends up looking like grey streaks. My quartz island top is Matte white and it looks dirty and cheap. Functionally I’m sure it will offer good protection I just can’t look at it and be pleased with the outcome. Essentially a waste of $180. Live and learn

Looking at your order, we can see you ordered Crystal (our clearest, textureless option). As it's completely textureless and smooth, it does have a lot more surface area than our textured option (Riverstone finish). I have been using ExactMats for over 20 years for all of my vehicles. However, I am disappointed that my most recent set of mats did not fit as expected. They offered to send me tracing paper so that I could create a template for the mat I need, as they did not have a 2025 Kia Sportage available for reference in the area ( which was hard to believe ). I did take the offer, and the mat still came with imperfect cuts. I suggest that they step up their quilty control.

The front mats fit and the second row mats fit. However, the third row mat did not fit correctly and we had to cut it to make it fit. Also, the cargo mat was supposed to be for third row seats up, but was way too big. When we put the third row seats down to try it that way, the mat only covered a partial area, not the whole area. This was a very disappointing experience.

We're so sorry to hear you had a less than 5-star experience, Velda! As a highly customer-centric company, that's absolutely not what we want at all. That said, when speaking with our Support Team, you mentioned you adjusted the mats at home with a blade/scissors. While this is a very simple task that we recommend in certain cases (with specific products), we do not recommend self-adjustment at home for auto mats. Instead, should any measurements be incorrect, we suggest reaching out to our Support Team for assistance (especially before attempting any adjustments), so that we may diagnose the issue and, ultimately, get you the perfect set of mats. Once a mat is adjusted at home, however, it makes it difficult for us to diagnose and resolve the issue, and thus, voids our guarantee. We hope this clarifies things a little more, but if you have any further questions, our Support Team is here to help!
These matts are tiny. Not worth the money, HAD TO BUY DIFFERNT ONES!!!!!

It looks like our Support Team reached out and spoke with you about the order and that your biggest concern was related to how much coverage there was on the floor of your vehicle. But, that said, our mats are made to cover the exact space as the original OEM floor mats made by the manufacturer. We are happy to create a more custom, full-coverage solutions when requested, of course. That said, we'd like to clarify that we also offer returns on unused auto mats. We hope this helps. This mat cannot withstand any weight without deforming. I have a brand new, expensive mat that looks terrible right after being placed out. Definitely not what I was expecting, and much more pliable than the website makes it sound. I also don't believe the 1/8" tolerance, or that these mats are cut to square. The website says to give it some time to 'adjust' before checking tolerance, but I doubt I'll leave it out long enough to find out.

They fit perfectly but yellow over time.

While our products do not yellow on their own, they can turn yellow when exposed to debris, dust, dirt, oils from asphalt, etc., if not maintained. Unfortunately the cut was shy on one end and long on the other from my requested measurements by about 1/8”. While not exact, it’s not far off enough to be worth the trouble of sending it back. Looks great on the table for the most part, though.

The pictures on the website make the mats appear to be very translucent so you can enjoy the surface under them while still protecting them. In my opinion the mat makes my table look cheap and ugly. I do feel like I wasted my money.

I was disappointed that the mats did not fully cover the entire floorboard area. They just go over the original corvette mats. Why not make them like weathertech and cover the whole area in the same clear product

To clarify, our clear auto mats are very different from Weathertech mats. Ours are designed to be used as overlay mats and provide the exact same coverage as the existing/OEM factory carpet mats that come with the vehicle, unlike Weathertech (and other form-molded mats), which aims to provide coverage in a slightly different fashion. That said, if you are not satisfied with the coverage and the mats have not been used, we would be happy to get a return started for you. Was not happy with order. The mats have a very strong smell to them. I’ve washed them several times, and it still smells.

The mat is too soft. It is on a very shallow and tightly weaved carpet, but the chair sinks into the mat when I sit down making it very difficult to slide. I would not buy it again. I plan to throw it away and try something else.

A little disappointed. The mats were not perfect fit for my 2023 Silverado 2500 as advertised. After paying that much, I was expecting a better fit product. I had to cut them to make them fit properly in my truck. Quality of the product is good. Attention of detail is very important to me and that’s why I am kind of disappointed.

It looks like our Support Team reached out to you to get photos, and to assist in diagnosing the issue, and after reviewing the photos you sent, it appears you have 3rd party mats you were looking to cover, which is not what our mats are meant to match identically. 3rd party mat makers do not always use the same measurements or patterns as the OEM floor mats, which is what our mat measurements are based off of. That said, because our clear mats are made to fit perfectly over existing OEM floor mats, not 3rd party mats, this is why the fit was not exact. Under normal circumstances, when the incorrect automotive mat set is purchased, we offer options such as returns and exchanges. However, once a custom mat is altered, we are no longer able to provide such options. We hope your hand-altering worked well for you, but if it did not, and you're interested in a new set of mats that fit your 3rd party mats exactly you, we would be happy to help you with that, as well as a discount on the replacement order. The mat didn't come remotely close to fitting on the driver's side. I could have done just as well with a cheap map from an auto parts store.

My table mat was defective. It came the wrong size and heavy and warm items like a bowl of soup left permanent impressions. Customer service has been very helpful and they said they will replace my item with a future batch that is harder. When that happens I will give them a better review. Current product was not as advertised.
