“My mats fit perfectly, and I love them! I just have one minor concern: The stickers on the mats left sticky marks and scrathes after tring to rub them off with a sponge,could the stickers be placed on the wrapping papers instead?! Thank you!”

This is not the norm, and we can certainly understand why it would not be ideal. Typically, the stickers we use are low-adhesive, which allows for easy removal. However, it's possible that, due to heat in transit, that the stickers were a little more adhesive than usual. “Our table we purchased the ExactMat for isn’t exactly run of the mil. We were very excited to find a table mat that offered what the ExactMat would do, especially for the price. Be ready though…… you’re going to want to take your time measuring, tracing, and cutting out the mat to a custom fit for your table. As they say…….. measure twice, cut once. This certainly applies to this venture. But it is well worth the effort. The mat material cuts very well with a sharp pair of shears, or a good razor knife. And of course a steady hand.”

“I love these Clear Placemats because they will match any decor and the wood table looks beautiful through them. The only problem I had was that the corner of one was kind of messed up from shipping. The bag they came in wasn't very sturdy. I would definitely order from here again.”

“I love the speed of delivery after ordering... process was simple...... I did get the thicker mats and only needed the thinner ones.... so unless you really need them thick for some reason... learn from me... get the thin size..... I'm happy.... but I do wish I chose the slimmer size.... thicker are not necessary and harder to unroll...... they need to be unrolled out of the box and it was a fight..... needs to be weighted down to remove the curl..... setup would have been easier with the thin mats......”

“Instead of replacing a wooden dining room table that had seen some rough times, I used Old English wood polish on it so the wood looks good, and put an ExactMat on top. We are glad we went with the thicker Mil. Very pleased with our purchase. It also arrived much more quickly than expected. We got a custom size round, perfectly done.”

“I cannot say enough praise for ExactdMats. ExactMats is truly committed to their customers. I bought an Exacmat to put my office chair on to make it roll smoother on my carpteeted floor. Unfortunately, I didn'tread the details.The ExactMatat is not meant to roll office chairs on carpet. I contacted ExactMats and received an immediate rely from Susie in their Support Department. She offered to take back the mat at their expense. She also took the time to look up links for chair mats for carpeted floors and sent links to possibilities fot me. I will definitely purchace product from ExactMat in the future.”

“Shipping was quick. I got exactly what I ordered. It will definitely do the job to protect an old desk top. If it helps anyone else: With my limited personal experience, I could not really imagine the look and feel of the material options. I had to make a guess. If I were to do it again, I would drop thinner from 80ml and maybe not glossy. The glossy is VERY shiny while the old desk is not shiny. It is crystal clear however, which is nice. Can’t say what the other finish option would have looked like. Overall it does the job I wanted it to do and I would order again from this company.”

“The runner Matt i had made to fit my carpet runner, is very nice. BUT everything we walk on it to go into office it moves about a 1/4in. I tried turning end to end. Unfortunately it does the same thing. It even has all the cleats on it to hold in place. It is upsetting, it was not cheap”

“The mat is great quality, nice and thick but not bulky. The delivery was fast also. The only issue we had was that it was a little wider and longer than the dimensions, however that is not an issue really for us.”

That said, it looks like our Support Team reached out to assist and it turned out that you may have accidentally ordered the incorrect finish, so they went ahead and exchanged the Riverstone mat for the intended finish, Crystal. We reached out to ensure the Crystal mat arrived and is working for your purposes, but did not hear back, so we hope all is well and that you are enjoying the replacement.

“Received the table protector rolled up. It is a great thickness and weight. Did not expect it to have a blue cast to it. It also has two what look like fold lines that have not gone away despite a couple of weeks of laying flat (hard to photograph)”

“The floor mat is good quality, but didn't quite fit the 2025 Kia Telluride - the design is slightly different from the factory floor mat, as it covers the foot rest that sits to the left of the pedals. The mat had to be trimmed slightly to fit well.”

We're so sorry to hear your mat did not fit as expected. We can certainly understand how that would not be ideal. However, looking at your Support Ticket with our team, it sounds like there was some confusion with the fitment. In your ticket, our Support Team relayed the difference between X-Edition and our Clear mats, which are both designed differently. Normally, we would offer an exchange or replacement if the fitment was truly incorrect, but it sounds like the fit was correct for the mat type selected, and that the mat had already been manually cut down to fit to preference. We're glad to hear you were able to trim them to fit your needs, but are, unfortunately, no longer able to do a return or exchange after at-home trimming is done. That said, we hope you enjoy your new mats and their updated fitment. Here's to keeping your vehicle clean and free of debris for years to come!

“The size of my custom mats was perfect The problem is the placemats give off a chemical smell that transferred onto paper napkins. I wanted to love these but I can't use them. I actually trashed them. I should have just sent them back but I didn't notice for several days.”

It sounds like what you are experiencing could be olfactory sensitivity. Most customers will never notice any kind of scent or smell, however, those of us with sensitive noses may notice a scent similar to that of a new beach ball or shower curtain. Although our products give off far less of a scent than most other vinyl products, it isn't uncommon for vinyl to have a faint smell for a short period of time as it airs out from its travels in a confined box. It is harmless and typically dissipates rather quickly, but we totally understand that some people may be more sensitive than others. This is why we offer some few tips and tricks (this is on our site and can also be obtained via our Support Team) to remove any lingering scents more quickly. It sounds like you may have missed those tips/tricks in our FAQs (located at the top-right of our website). We're very sorry about that. That said, normally, we would be happy to work with you to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, but it sounds like the mats were thrown away, which doesn't leave us much room for attempting to diagnose any possible issues. However, should you be interested in giving us another shot, we'd be happy to work within our capacity to help you with placing a new order and guiding you through an unboxing/air-out, as needed.
