“This company's customer service is great! I ordered a vinyl table top cover for an antique dining set and when I placed it on the table it had some fold marks that wouldn't come out or flatten out. I took pictures and sent a review and someone immediately got back to me. They told me it was defective and to send it back and they would cover shipping and they sent out a new one. I also expressed that I felt the recommended 80 mil was too thick so they sent the 60 mil and it is perfect!”

“This company is thing short of awesome! I mistakenly ordered the wrong mats, mentioned it in my review and they reached out to me via email and when I didn't see that, they called me!!! They offered to exchange them and after posting the small difference we got the correct ones. They are such nice quality, thick material so all the things we haul don't punch a hole through, even kid proof! We felt the product's durability is worth the price. Thank you Exact Mats for going the extra mile!!!”

“Great item ...good quality. Actually I thought I was getting 2 mats for the front of my Vette, at over 50 for one mat it was too expensive. Every other clear mats custom were that price for 2.i ordered another set from another vendor for my wife's car and they look almost identical...but for 2 at the same price.”

“We ordered this custom sized table protector for a second home overseas. The customer service was very good, replied quickly, with helpful answers. The product was made and shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. Once we rolled it open, we discovered that the measurements were not exactly right and the cuts were not perfectly square. In the end we had to mark and cut this item to fit better. The width was perfect but the length was ¼ inch too long on one corner and ⅛ inch too long on the other corner (of the same side). After these minor repairs, we are happy with the product. 4 stars for being very close but not perfect.”

We're so sorry to hear your order was not exact. We strive to be as exact as possible on every order. All of our products are made-to-spec, and should fit within our 1/8" tolerance guarantee. If it does not, we highly recommend reaching out before adjusting so that we may troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If it is within the 1/8" guarantee, but it has a tiny amount of excess material you'd like to remove, trimming is very simple. That said, we do offer suggestions on how to trim if you feel the slight overhang is enough to warrant it. “I had purchased a 22 3/8" square coffee table and wanted to protect the top. Somehow came across ExactMats and it looked like a quality site. And it is! My particular square mat arrived with 22 3/8" x 22 1/2" dimensions, so 1/8" overhang. I called for 1) suggestions on how to trim it and 2) to see what they thought. I was told they have an 1/8" tolerance wriggle room.....so there you go.....within tolerance. Haha.....as it turns out, my coffee table unfolds to make a larger rectangular table when lifted. This 40mil mat is for that rare time I will expand my table. So, it actually is sitting underneath the everyday table top. So, I can live with the 22 1/2" length and not even bother to trim it, as I will most likely screw it up. So, all good!”

“I love the look of this. It looks nice and keeps wood table tops looking good. We got 80mil crystal. It looks like glass. After about 2 days of use, I do see very faint rings. I don't recall putting anything hot on it, but something to be mindful of. I will be ordering another one.”

“With very few quality products like this one on the market, I wasn’t sure what to expect with my order. I was pleasantly surprised! I bought a clear vinyl piece to protect my dining room table. The measurements are almost exact to what I measured, maybe slightly larger by the smallest fraction of an inch, but I think that serves better for the table in terms of protecting the edges. It really mimics a piece of glass, for a fraction of the price. I did buy a vinyl cleaner for it, only because when I cleaned it according to the instructions, some streaks were left behind. But after some vinyl cleaner and leaving it out to flatten over time, I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and even more satisfied with what I got for the price! Would definitely order from the company again.”
