I contacted customer service with a few questions and got a quick reply. Placing the order was super easy, updates came quickly, and my order was received in under 2 weeks to my Canadian address. The mats are not cheap thin stuff, they are thick and high quality and were marked for easy location placing. All I had to do was pop them into their slot and it was done. We are so impressed we have placed a second order to do the remaining cupboards and drawers!
