First, the mat arrived when promised and was cut perfectly. I think you needed to make 11 cuts and nobody expected it to fit, but it did. Most importantly, Katie was VERY knowledgeable, very quick with her responses, very reassuring. It was because of her that I placed the order and because of her that I’m doing this review because I believe in giving credit where credits is due. I would recommend this company to all friends.
