The ordering process and shipping were both seamless. We love the product too — it came rolled up and off gassed slightly for about five minutes, but now it’s sitting on the table and looks just like textured glass. You have to touch it to know it’s not the real deal. They nailed the measurements too. Really amazing — this company is a well-run machine that you don’t find often these days!
