Great experience. I needed a custom-cut mat to protect my vintage dinette table, and contacted customer service ahead of time to see the best way to send in the shape and dimensions. We agreed that I'd cut my own paper template and ship it to them, and they would honor the special pricing/free-shipping offer even though I couldn't order directly online by the deadline. They emailed me the cost when they received the template, I paid for my order, and I received the mat in short order. It fits perfectly!! Highly recommend ExactMats. Note about photo: I didn't get around to opening and unrolling the mat for 2 months, and as the package insert said, larger mats shipped rolled will take a while to flatten out. Took this shot right after I put it on the table. I have faith it will flatten on its own soon. If not, they said putting it in the sun or using a hair dryer will do the trick.
