I am so very impressed with the products, as well as the customer service at Exact Mats. I emailed a question before I ordered and Susan responded to me immediately and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely motivated to help me. The custom mat I ordered for my new coffee bar is perfect! Because of her and the quality products, I will order again.
