Had a little trouble in the beginning with the ordering process, not with ExactMats but with the company they sold through- but when I contacted ExactMats they acted quickly and thoughtfully and we could not be happier. Our car mat is awesome its the second one we bought and I love the smooth surface because no dirt get trapped like most of the trunk mats
out there! Would definitely buy another!
