Ordering process was seamless, clear plastic mats were quickly manufactured and shipped. But BIG OOPS - the back ones were perfect but the front ones were obviously meant for a completely different car! I took photos, emailed customer support and got a response within a few hours (on a weekend)! The following Monday, my order was reprocessed and shipped (no charge and a big apology). I am extremely pleased with the glossy finish, supple quality, precise fit (including holes for the floor pegs). I especially like the ability to see the Lexus logo from my original carpet mats underneath ~ very classy! Plus - they are super easy to clean with a damp rag!
