I sent a diagram to them and within 48 hours they responded that they couldn’t make my mat according to my diagram, but offered an immediate solution to send me an exact mat that I could cut to fit for my project. I ordered it and in 4 days it arrived. My customer experience was excellent. If I need another mat I would definitely use Exactmats again.
