I have purchased mats from you about four times and each experience has been perfect. My last purchase was online and the day after, I received an email about a Black Friday sale with 20%-30% off. My order had not even shipped yet. I called and had my credit before the mats arrived. The gentleman was kind and very courteous. You will continue to be my "mat store" of choice.
