I was expecting to have a level 23 account with a very little amount of champions. It turns that it is level 26 and that I actually got 17 champions which include a few 6300 IP champions. I also got 5 skins. The EXP was saved previously from when Riot made it extremely difficult to level and when I played one game on it, I leveled it to 27 with only 30 more exp away. Gotta love life.
