I payed for a level 30 account with 0-20 champs, and that's exactly what I got. I was trying to level an account on my own, and it was taking forever. It must suck for new players. So this is a really convenient service. There were a few things that were a little weird, but not a major inconvenience. The person who leveled up the account played ADC a lot, so most of the champs of those 0-20 were ADCs. I don't play that role so often, so... it was kinda tough when none of the champs my new smurf have are my chosen role. But I'm not complaining too hard, because I have a new level 30 smurf. Also, whoever leveled the account added a bunch of friends along the way. I unfriended them all. Like 90 friends. That was kinda awkward. All in all, I give ExcessiveSmurfs 10/10, because I got exactly what I asked for. A lvl 30 smurf.
