On the whole, my experience within the Executive Lounge was good and staff were lovely, but on a couple of occasions I had to ask for a couple of things to be replaced, such as the Rose Wine and Croissants. I felt that the staff could have paid a little more attention to detail.
One other point to mention was that I was disappointed that the toilet did not have a sanitary disposal unit. I had to use the general toilets in the main airport area which defeated the object of being in the Executive Lounge.
