Although I will concede that we are all currently living in VERY strange times, my recent experience at the Lounge was exceedingly disappointing. We arrived at the lounge very late, due to a huge queue at check in for our flight. The queue was particularly large because the staff were checking in passengers for FOUR different flights, two of which were about to commence boarding. There were only three staff working. The Lounge receptionist was not very polite or helpful, and we finally arrived at a dirty table with only around 45 minutes of 'lounge' time available. Then there were only TWO waitresses, and it was impossible for them to cater to all the lounge patrons. Suffice to say, many people became frustrated, and tried to 'help themselves' to drinks and snacks. We waited patiently for our service, and were rewarded with cold, unappetising food, served with very little care and attention. I can say that our lounge experiences have been very good in the past.
