I'm sure the new lounge at Luton is lovely but unfortunately since I bought my year membership this lounge, which I would have used a lot, has been shut for refeb/ closed for Covid or my flights from Luton have been cancelled because of Covid.
I know none of this is your fault but I really haven't been able to enjoy my membership :-(
