I visited the lounge on the 17th June 2015 with my partner and daughter. On arriving at the lounge there wasnt three chairs together for us to sit at. other lounge users could see we were struggling to find seats whilst used chairs to put their bags and belongings on ad nt one person offered to moved their things for us. I had to approach a member of staff who asked a couple if they would move one of their bags from a seat so we could use the chair. The womans response was " I SUPPOSE I WILL HAVE TO!" thet spent the next 45 minutes glaring at us. I have used lounges across the country and in different parts of the world and i have never experienced anything like this. The lounge was very dated and cramped and was definetly not worth the cost.
