When we entered the lounge we were told that no alcoholic beverages would be available due to a management problem. Furthermore the coffee machine was not functioning. We were told that we would be compensated for the inadequacy. Please inform me how to proceed with this.
All ptevious visits to the lounge have been good but this was certainly a disappointment.
