The quiet area is only as quiet as the loudest guests anywhere in the lounge. Thankfully the very loud men at the food area left after about an hour!
They were excessively loud and perhaps the staff should have asked them to lower their voices or it may be worth considering a physical barrier for the quiet area.
I was very disappointed you have next to nothing to eat for somebody like me who is wheat intolerant. There was only sugary cereal ( I don't eat sweet cereal) available and bacon on its own.
I did ask.
