The facilities here were fine although not everything advertised was available. (cheese and biscuits and soup not available). However the main reason for a poor review was the staff. They were unfriendly and clearly just keen to finish their day and get home. No smile or welcome and everything seemed an effort. They sat and drank coffee and chatted to each other even as I cleared our table myself as it was so cluttered. They didn't nothing that was pro-active and missed all opportunities to provide any sort of customer service. They kept you waiting, avoiding eye contact etc.
Sorry but in an age where customer service makes all the difference the staff let you down Liverpool.
