What a shambles. We had for an evening flight, we booked the lounge 6pm-8pm as on booking the gentleman said the lounge closes at 8pm.
.arriving at 5:55pm we was informed by the lady just leaving that the lounge was now closed , it was now closing at 5pm, no lounge, no email or messages prior to arrival and no money back, what a disgrace, emailed the company but 2 weeks later we still have no reply
