There were dirty plates, cups and glasses left uncleared on the tables that the staff walked past; the loungers by the window were covered in crumbs; the air conditioning was far too cold; the scones were dry; some of the staff looked like they didn't know how to smile. It would have been nice to have, for example, a selection of salad, cold meat and cheese instead of just bread and cakes.
We have spent time in an executive lounge in terminal one which had much better choices, so we were disappointed with our experience in this one.
