Clean and comfortable. Plenty of drink and snack options. Courteous and professional staff. Convenient location for passing time before a flight, particularly during COVID when trying to avoid large crowds. I hope the lounge can work with the check in counter to allow people with long layovers to stay longer than the 3 hours prior to flight. We had a 6 hour layover at JKIA (in transit from Mombasa to Doha) but because the check in counters didn't open until 3 hours prior to flight, we were stuck just sitting on the first floor of the airport with no wi-fi until after check in where we could then head upstairs to the lounge.
