Sadly as a result of it taking almost 3 hours to get from the plane in the South Terminal to the North and through BA Bag Drop and security, we did not have time to actually get to the Lounge!
My wife unfortunately dislocated her ankle 2 days before leaving for holiday so we required to utilise assistance services. Unfortunately on our return to London, the service was extremely slow. Having used the Aspire before, we were looking forward to relaxing for a few hours before our flight to Glasgow!!
