Hello, when arriving at servis air, I showed my boarding pass, then I guessed I walk to the right hand side to go in, as she didn't say "if you go through here......" as we have never been into one of these lounges before, I was very disappointed, yes it was a lovely room with compy chairs, but there were no staff in there to speak to, to help us show us were to go,or what to do it was all guess work.
