Hello, when arriving at servis air, I showed my boarding pass, then I guessed I walk to the right hand side to go in, as she didn't say "if you go through here......" as we have never been into one of these lounges before, I was very disappointed, yes it was a lovely room with compy chairs, but there were no staff in there to speak to, or to help us show us were to go, it was all guess work.
I can't believed we paid £52.97 for the service. It wasn't a good start to our holiday, we wanted to treat ourselves, waste of money.
I never give a poor review, but as I said we were extremely disappointed.
