When I showed up at the lounge at Montreal's airport on July 1st, 2015, I was advised that there were no alcoholic beverages available (no wine, no beer…).
The price was adjusted consequently for people who bought their ticket directly at the lounge.
As I had booked online, I had paid the full price.
Could you please make that the price I paid is adjusted to the price that other travelers paid on that day ?
