Hi
When we entered lounge was full so struggled to get a seat together, this lasted for about 45 minutes when I think a plane must have been announced it went a bit quieter. The crackers/snacked weren't re-stocked quick enough and in some cases not at all. The lady behind bar was a credit and very obliging so has stopped rating being poor. There also seems to be an overcrowding due to a lot of under school age children walkin/running about.
