We booked on line through my laptop and had no facility to print any confirmation. So we found it quite tedious that the receptionists would not accept us verbally giving them our reservation number and passport ID to let us in. Instead insisting in having us boot up out laptop, then logging onto our mail box, bringing up the relevant confirmation email just so they could "barcode" us in to gain access to something we had paid for. Computer systems are supposed to help not hinder. Yours apparently does the latter.
