Only one plug socket in the entire lounge worked... I needed to use my laptop and charge my phone but couldn't do this until 10 minutes before I needed to leave as there was someone else using the socket.
There wasn't much of a gluten free offer apart from sweet things.
There was no complimentary slice of luxury cake or soup and bread roll.
I booked this as a treat before my flight for myself and my partner and son as we were flying out to south africa to get married.. I feel slightly dissapointed in what we got for our money.
