The lounge was overbooked, We struggled to find a seat. Staff were rushed off their feet and food couldn't be replenished fast enough. I was also under the impression guests under the age of 6 were not allowed. While I was travelling with a child this policy really should be enforced as tthis would have helped with the overcrowding issie
