I feel saddened that my wife and I have to leave negative feedback but are left with no other option. We arrived excited to use the lounge again after our brilliant experience using it for our honey moon to Paris 25/10/14. We arrived at the lounge Expecting it be busy as it was a weekend which it was. We arrived at 12:30 and were due to board out flight to Ibiza at 15:25, during this time we couldn't access the wifi at all, I was wanting to do some final work tasks before departing, this had to be done when I arrived at our villa instead. Also, we found the food to be very poor this time. The sandwiches were never available and when they were available they were very poor choices (cheese savoury and some sort of unrecognisable sandwich filler.) To cut a long story short, my wife and I have basically payed £42 to use the lounge for a bowl of soup each and a gin&tonic each. We left feeling disappointed and will not be coming back. A huge shame
