I use the Aspire+ for my business travel so decided to use the Aspire lounge while taking family on holiday, seven people in total.
I was very surprised at the difference in standard that I met in the Aspire lounge.
The soup was nearly depleted upon arrival and then when it was replenished the bread rolls were gone. The same was to be said for all the food in the lounge which I found limited.
Then there was the wait I had at the bar area for drinks, not that the staff were ignoring me it was more they were ran off their feet, looked understaffed for the amount of guests in the lounge.
Overall I feel the quality I was expecting was not met and I did not receive my monies worth.
