Busy so not enough seating, not spacious or comfortable, poor selection of food, food ran out, coffee machine not working, not enough staff and when I found one to ask about having some coffee I was treated as an inconvenience.
Not the calm and relaxing lounge I was led to believe it would be.
Will not be using it again.
