I had a booking on 26/09/2021 at 12:30 - Gatwick North Terminal. I arrived to find that the lounge was closed and had no way to contact anyone. I did not receive any notification from yourselves prior to or after said date - no apology or a refund and no response from you regarding an email sent to you requesting a refund.
