Confirmation email stated we can get into the lounge 4.30 but it didn’t open until 5.. we then only had 15/20 minutes to get checked in, order and eat/drink. Not the relaxed start to our holiday that we wanted from booking the lounge.
Bacon roll - under cooked, and extremely dry
Sausage roll - again dry!
Drinks came quickly except the waiter didn’t know which table was which. Which happened a couple of times to others as well.
