Some of the staff were quite grumpy. The woman who checked me in, in particular, didn't seem to understand the concept of using the admittance pass on my iPhone to check in, and complained to me that she couldn't read the reference on it.
The space in the facility was very cramped/limited, and on the seat I did find, the charging points didn't work (which was probably why it was free).
Overall, a disappointing experience and not very good value for money. I won't be using this facility again.
