The lounge was 15 minutes late opening and unorganised. The woman on the desk was taking her stress out on customers and potential customers actually walked away at this point. Poor selection of hot food on offer. Only bacon sandwiches and cheese omelet as an option for breakfast. And fridges were not properly stocked up, for example less than a half bottle of water in the fridge.
Waited 10 minutes to be served for alcoholic drinks despite several staff standing in the kitchen looking through at me standing at the bar. It wasn't busy, only two other people in the lounge apart from our group of eight so we would expect to be served promptly
Our flight was delayed by an hour, but we were kicked out as soon as our 3 hours were up. As our service was poor, the lounge was late opening and the lounge was quiet we would have expected to be able to stay a little longer than the normal time duration. Very disappointed at the service. The majority of the staff need some sort of customer service training.
